The boat ramp lock will be replaced in late March/early April 2026. Key sales will take place at community meetings which are on the 3rd Thursday of each month at 7pm starting in March, and other community events.

2026 Dues are now due! Community dues pay for our insurance, community upkeep, community events, and repairs. This is not a mandatory association, so we depend on the goodwill of our neighbors to pay their dues. Pay your dues now online!

March Community Meeting - March 19, 2026 at 7:00 PM - Magothy United Methodist Church, 3703 Mountain Rd, Pasadena, MD 21122 - We will discuss the Easter Egg Hunt and plan for other events in 2026.Â
Easter Egg Hunt - April 4, 2026 at 12:00 PM - Join us at the community ball field for an Easter Egg Hunt starting at noon. Looking for a few volunteers to help hide eggs beginning at 10:30 AM.
