The boat ramp lock will be replaced in late February or early March 2025. Key sales will take place at community meetings which are on the 3rd Thursday of each month at 7pm and other community events. Keep checking back for the latest news.
2024 Dues are now overdue! Community dues pay for our insurance, community upkeep, community events, and repairs. This is not a mandatory association so we depend on the goodwill of our neighbors to pay their dues. Pay your dues now online!
November Meeting – Canceled – The officers and board will be meeting to plan or 2025.
Community Holiday Party – December 19th at 6:30 PM at the Rumor Meal. The community will provide appetizers and non-alcoholic beverages. The full food and drink menu will be available for purchase. This is a family friendly event.
