Community Information

The communities of Laurel Acres and Whippoorwill Estates are situated on a peninsula in Pasadena, Maryland.

There are approximately 200 homes within the two communities.

Residents can enjoy many community areas such as the beach area, pier and boat ramp, a bird sanctuary, and a common area with a ball field, playground and a basketball/pickleball court.

Meetings are held on the 3rd Thursday of each month (except for July, August, and December). The location varies and can be found on the community Facebook page or the Events page.
